Refunds Policy

Please note that our training programs are available as soon as payment is received. Due to the nature of the product it is not possible to issue a refund once the training certificate has been issued. Refunds are not available to trainees who fail courses or do not achieve the level necessary for the awarding of a certificate.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
