New Businesses in Ireland are complaining that their business growth is hampered by the amount of paperwork and red tape involved in running the day to day business.
While they agree that health and safety, accounting and business development plans are essential to a growing business, they find the hours per week spent on administration and paperwork is severly inpacting the time they can spend on the actual service or product they produce.
“Outsourcing some of these services may be the way forward for small business and start-ups” says Derek Madden, CEO of Madden Health and Safety Management Ltd. “Trying to juggle too many services and positions within a company drains your resources and uses up time better spent on growing the business”.
